Check-in process chaotic with long wait times!!! Facilities like the pool could use a thorough cleaning, and the elevators seriously need maintenance for that sticky floor!!! Upgrade the outdated air conditioning units for a better night's sleep!!!

My experience was quite disappointing. Also, I noticed the sheets in my room weren’t clean, which is something I never expected. It left me uneasy throughout my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. the beach access was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to lovely parks like McElroy Park and Beachcomber Park, making my walks very enjoyable and scenic. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi, but I found the elevators could be a bit slow at times.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the oceanfront view from our room! The breakfast was a hit too, and staff were super friendly. There was an ice cream social for the kids which was a cool touch! Just wish the wet dog smell in the room wasn't so strong.
